The new One the Juggler cd is nearly ready to roll, hopefully early New Year. Called Destination Planet Blue, it has 10 absolutely fantastic unreleased tracks. The album is sounding so good, One the Juggler are extremely excited about it that they want it to go out on it's own, and not with the dvd previously mentioned, which will surface at some point, it hasn't been decided yet. Go to News to see larger picture. |

Have found some publicity shots I thought I had already included, doh! And quite embarrassingly found a picture of Lin with me in the background, me being the embarrassing bit, white eye liner didn't catch on! And added a picture of Lushi from the Boom Boom Room.

Have also started a Memorabilia page, any scans would be gratefully accepted, special thanks to Travis. |
23/11/06 |
It has now been confirmed that the forthcoming demos cd will have a 'live at the Marquee' dvd, plus a booklet with it. You can either mail me for a bulletin or keep coming back to check the new fantastic News! page. I never in my wildest dreams ever thought that I would be adding a news page when I started this web site, it really is exciting! Also, having loaded some statistic tools, I had an incredible shock at how many hits the site has had from all over the world. I'm far to vain to add a counter! |

OK here are the Travis pages, biography with teen pin-up and some really cool pictures where I've charted the many hairstyles of One the Juggler's most gigged drummer. |
30/10/06 |
It's been a pleasure catching up with Travis in his home town of Ruthin in North Wales. He's played with an impressive range of bands over the years, and I am getting together a Travis page with lots of photos (his mum will love it!) and some of his stories about his time with One the Juggler, who were by far his favourite band. Reinforcing mine and my friend Tina's theory that everything is Squeeze related, Travis played with John Bentley (Johnny Pinko). The man was even a pin-up in his early 20's! More recently he's been working on another project Freaky Sheep (it's a Welsh thing, I say with affection) which you can found out about on his My Space page. |
29/10/06 |
| Thought I'd try a poll, so please come and vote for your favourite One the Juggler song. |
23/10/06 |

15/10/06 |

14/10/06 |
Added the two most excellent Geezerbird (Colin's current band) cd's Well Worth Waiting For and One In The Hand to the Recordz section. Also, found another Boom Boom Room single amongst my own collection, called Here Comes The Man, a song One the Juggler had demoed. |
14/10/06 |
The
only other band I can remember supporting One the Juggler was the Orson
Family, and that was at Birmingham Poly February 1984. They had a mini
album and a 12" single, the brilliant No-one Waits Forever, that's
if you like 'psycho-country', I think it would be called 'alternative
country these days, but anyone remember these or any other support
bands, please let me know. |
01/10/06 |
Have
added a link to the Balaam
and the Angel web site I remember they supported One the Juggler
at the Marquee, but can't remember when, anyone? I would like to make
a page about support bands. |

One the Juggler if anyone wants to join in,at the
Bad Mothers Club and the
Fixx and at the
Last Visible Blog there is a link to download Nearly A Sin. I
found another at iLX, but
not sure if it is still going. I found one called Pure
80's Chat, and tried to answer everyone's question about One
the Juggler, but a notice went up saying no advertising, OK! Hopefully
people will eventually find me here. I did find another New
Wave Outpost , but haven't had any luck trying to contribute. |
18/09/06 |

released as the b-side to one of the Dirtbombs UK singles 'Motor
City Baby', Good to hear those 'cats' over there in the US got to
hear One the Juggler. And lucky still for the people in Detroit,
as Mick Collins (lead) occasionally plays his One the Juggler vinyl
when he dj's for a local radio station, he's one cool dude. |
